A challan of Rs.10,000 shall be payable for executing Trademark Assignment request.
Registrar of Trademark shall upon proper declaration of the application and documents thus attached shall alter the post of the registered owner in his manual and shall issue a buoyant Certificate of Registration in the broadcast of the additional owner. A minimum of 30 days period is required for making any alteration in the Trademark registry and issuing blithe Certificate of Registration. If this process is living thing carried out by a Registered Trademark Agent upon behalf of a client later he/she is required to concede a duly executed faculty of attorney in Form Tm-48.
