Simplest form of NGO registration in Jharkhand is Trust Registration. A minimum of three people who may or may not be of the same family come together to a mutual understanding to fulfil a motive of common good can give the association a form of trust. Trust registration in Jharkhand can be done in 4-5 working days. A trust deed is drafted and is registered with the District Registrar in presence of witness. Once the deed is registered the registration process is complete thereafter the trust may apply for PAN and open bank account to carry on its business.
