Registrar of Trademark shall upon proper avowal of the application and documents suitably attached shall alter the say of the registered owner in his manual and shall concern a blithe Certificate of Registration in the name of the further owner. A minimum of 30 days time is required for making any alteration in the Trademark registry and issuing blithe Certificate of Registration.
