Registrar of Trademark shall upon proper pronouncement of the application and documents so attached shall regulate the state of the registered owner in his manual and shall issue a roomy Certificate of Registration in the say of the new owner. A minimum of 30 days become old is required for making any alteration in the Trademark registry and issuing buoyant Certificate of Registration. If this process is bodily carried out by a Registered Trademark Agent upon behalf of a client next he/she is required to concede a duly executed gift of attorney in Form Tm-48.
