STEPS INVOLVED IN INCORPORATION OF A LLP
STEP 1: OBTAINING DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE
Class II Digital Signature Certificate is required for filing various forms with MCA for incorporating a LLP
STEP 2: OBTAINING DPIN
STEP 3: FILING FORM LLP 1 FOR RESERVATION OF NAME
A maximum of 6 names in the order of preference can be given along with there significance in the form out of which the department shall approve 1 name which shall be available for 60 days with the Partners during which they can incorporate the company.
STEP 4: PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS AND FORMS
Documents are prepared and various forms are filled in order to start the process of LLP Registration.
STEP 5: DRAFTING OF DOCUMENTS
DEED of the LLP is drafted to best suit the business activity of the Limited Liability Partnership
STEP 6: FILING OF FORMS WITH MCA
Once all the forms are filled and signed it is then uploaded on the mca portal and based on the documents attached and subject to the availability of names and all other applicable rules and laws MCA shall issue certificate of Registration.
