We provide Contractor License in Ranchi Jharkhand. Contractors have to enlist themselves with PWD department of Jharkhand Government. Enlistment of contractor is mandatory before a contractor could participate in government tender.
Contractor License
Building Construction License,Road Construction License, Contractor License, Civil Contractor License, PWD License, RWD License and various other names are being used if you are a contractor involved in government projects in Jharkhand.
Every person either artificial or natural applying for a government or semi government or specified private tender must get itself registered with the respective department before applying for such tender.
A conventional Contractor License in Jharkhand is issued separately for Building and Road Construction. Depending upon the threshold limit of the tender these licenses are divided into three classes

A contractor can apply simultaneously for both Road and Building.
In general issuance Contractor License in Jharkhand requires a time of almost 20-25 working days. License can be issue in the name of Individual, Firm or a Company. The period of validity of this license shall be 5 years and after that it can be renewed for a subsequent period.
