DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN JHARKHAND:
- Copy of acknowledgement received from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
- Address Proof (1) Business Licence (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
- Demand Draft with photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
- If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
- FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
- Undertaking

- b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
- c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN JHARKHAND
- Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
- Submit Product for testing at BIS recognized lab
- Pay fee online or through a dd
- Submit online application in Form V and obtain a copy of such form after successful submission
- Submit all the documents in hard copy along with duly signed Form V with the department
- Department shall conduct a site visit
- Issuance of ISI Certificate.
