DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Katihar:

  • Copy of acknowledgement normal from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft later than photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Katihar

  1. Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for investigation at BIS credited lab
  3. Pay forward movement online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and obtain a copy of such form after booming submission
  5. Submit anything the documents in difficult copy along similar to duly signed Form V taking into account the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
