DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Khagaria:

  • Copy of acknowledgement usual from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft bearing in mind photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Khagaria

  2. Submit Product for chemical analysis at BIS attributed lab
  3. Pay spread online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and come by a copy of such form after rich submission
  5. Submit all the documents in hard copy along past duly signed Form V gone the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
