DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Siwan:

  • Copy of acknowledgement standard from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft next photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Siwan
