DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Jharkhand:

  • Copy of acknowledgement acknowledged from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft following photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Jharkhand

  1. Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for examination at BIS approved lab
  3. Pay improvement online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and get a copy of such form after successful submission
  5. Submit whatever the documents in difficult copy along afterward duly signed Form V bearing in mind the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
