DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Sasaram:

  • Copy of acknowledgement standard from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft considering photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Sasaram

  1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for examination at BIS qualified lab
  3. Pay expand online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and obtain a copy of such form after affluent submission
  5. Submit whatever the documents in difficult copy along once duly signed Form V following the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
