DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Nala Road:

  • Copy of acknowledgement standard from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft in the same way as photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Nala Road

  2. Submit Product for assay at BIS endorsed lab
  3. Pay spread online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and get a copy of such form after successful submission
  5. Submit whatever the documents in hard copy along like duly signed Form V taking into account the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
