DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Burmi:

  • Copy of acknowledgement standard from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft behind photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Burmi

  1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for examination at BIS credited lab
  3. Pay progress online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and buy a copy of such form after thriving submission
  5. Submit all the documents in difficult copy along subsequent to duly signed Form V taking into account the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
