DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Pandra:

  • Copy of acknowledgement usual from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft taking into account photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Pandra

  1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for testing at BIS qualified lab
  3. Pay press forward online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and get devotion of a copy of such form after flourishing submission
  5. Submit whatever the documents in hard copy along similar to duly signed Form V afterward the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
