DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Maranchi:

  • Copy of acknowledgement received from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft like photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Maranchi

  1. Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for investigation at BIS credited lab
  3. Pay enhancement online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and get bond of a copy of such form after affluent submission
  5. Submit everything the documents in hard copy along behind duly signed Form V gone the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
