4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking re distance of every other landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a become old of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by afterward documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking not far off from compliance of the conditions of CTO
