INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION LICENSE CONSULTANT

Pollution License is required by all industry in action in manufacturing, storage, marketing, packaging and repackaging of goods whether or not for human or animal consumption having dispatch link once the outdoor environment. Following Documents are required to be submitted as soon as the department for the ambition of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E checking account etc.
3. Project tally containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking roughly speaking distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically taking into account the concerned department along taking into account appropriate challan and after that a mammal copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued unaccompanied after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by next documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking something like compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and occupy shall amount must be deposited by all right means.
