Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted when the department for the purpose of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E tab etc.
- Project story containing detailed cost and supplementary details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking concerning distance of alternative landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically once the concerned department along taking into consideration appropriate challan and after that a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued forlorn after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.
Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by gone documents
- KYC of event and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking in checking account to compliance of the conditions of CTO
All the documents should be self attested and take over shall amount must be deposited by customary means.
