1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E report etc.
3. Project bank account containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking concerning distance of alternating landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically subsequently the concerned department along past appropriate challan and then a instinctive copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued unaided after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by once documents

1. KYC of event and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking concerning compliance of the conditions of CTO
