Consent to Establish:
This is the completely first step in obtaining pollution clearance. The unit applying for CTE must pay take over amount upon challan depending on its investment in forest and Machinery.
Following Documents are required to be submitted similar to the department for the wish of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E checking account etc.
- Project checking account containing detailed cost and extra details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking just about distance of interchange landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically like the concerned department along subsequently appropriate challan and later a innate copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for succeed to of CTO must be accompanied by like documents
- KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking on the order of compliance of the conditions of CTO
