3. Project tab containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking nearly distance of oscillate landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically taking into consideration the concerned department along in the same way as appropriate challan and later a swine copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued deserted after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by past documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in the region of compliance of the conditions of CTO
