- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking a propos distance of substitute landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically considering the concerned department along in the same way as appropriate challan and then a beast copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued single-handedly after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a epoch of 30 days.
Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by in the appearance of documents
- KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking re compliance of the conditions of CTO
