Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted following the department for the objective of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E balance etc.
- Project report containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking nearly distance of different landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically when the concerned department along next appropriate challan and next a bodily copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued lonesome after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.
Application for take over of CTO must be accompanied by like documents
- KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking as regards compliance of the conditions of CTO
All the documents should be self attested and capture shall amount must be deposited by conventional means.
