2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E tab etc.
3. Project bank account containing detailed cost and additional details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking approaching distance of vary landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically in the flavor of the concerned department along subsequent to appropriate challan and after that a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued single-handedly after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a epoch of 30 days.

Application for agree of CTO must be accompanied by subsequent to documents

1. KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking in the region of compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and seize shall amount must be deposited by standard means.
