Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted later the department for the intend of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E balance etc.
- Project tab containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking in this area distance of swap landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically in imitation of the concerned department along following appropriate challan and subsequently a physical copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued and no-one else after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.
Application for ascend of CTO must be accompanied by following documents
- KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking roughly speaking compliance of the conditions of CTO
