INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION LICENSE CONSULTANT

Pollution License is required by all industry functioning in manufacturing, storage, marketing, packaging and repackaging of goods whether or not for human or animal consumption having adopt link with the outside environment. Consent to Establish:

This is the unconditionally first step in obtaining pollution clearance. The unit applying for CTE must pay take control of amount upon challan depending upon its investment in tree-plant and Machinery.

Following Documents are required to be submitted behind the department for the target of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E savings account etc.
3. Project version containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking a propos distance of stand-in landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically with the concerned department along following appropriate challan and subsequently a brute copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued deserted after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by with documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on the order of compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and occupy shall amount must be deposited by customary means.
