Following Documents are required to be submitted taking into account the department for the want of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E savings account etc.
3. Project tally containing detailed cost and supplementary details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking on distance of interchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically in the tune of the concerned department along subsequent to appropriate challan and next a instinctive copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by gone documents

1. KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking a propos compliance of the conditions of CTO
