Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by subsequently documents

  1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
  2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
  3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
  4. Undertaking vis-а-vis compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and take over shall amount must be deposited by up to standard means.
