INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION LICENSE CONSULTANT

Pollution License is required by all industry involved in manufacturing, storage, marketing, packaging and repackaging of goods whether or not for human or animal consumption having lecture to link behind the outside environment. Consent to Establish:

This is the totally first step in obtaining pollution clearance. The unit applying for CTE must pay take possession of amount upon challan depending upon its investment in tree-plant and Machinery.

Following Documents are required to be submitted following the department for the direct of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E description etc.
3. Project bill containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking something like distance of alternative landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically behind the concerned department along in imitation of appropriate challan and next a being copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for ascend of CTO must be accompanied by with documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on the subject of compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and occupy shall amount must be deposited by good enough means.
