- Undertaking regarding distance of stand-in landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued only after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

- KYC of matter and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking going almost for compliance of the conditions of CTO
