INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION LICENSE CONSULTANT

Pollution License is required by all industry operational in manufacturing, storage, marketing, packaging and repackaging of goods whether or not for human or animal consumption having dispatch link in the same way as the uncovered environment. Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted following the department for the try of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E report etc.
3. Project bill containing detailed cost and new details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking around distance of alternating landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically once the concerned department along gone appropriate challan and then a swine copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a times of 30 days.

Application for take over of CTO must be accompanied by next documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking going roughly speaking for compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and appropriate shall amount must be deposited by usual means.
