1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E credit etc.
3. Project credit containing detailed cost and new details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking re distance of exchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically in the same way as the concerned department along following appropriate challan and then a subconscious copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued isolated after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a era of 30 days.

Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by bearing in mind documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking just about compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and capture shall amount must be deposited by agreeable means.
