Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted with the department for the point of obtaining CTE:
- KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
- Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E story etc.
- Project balance containing detailed cost and extra details of the project.
- Location Map
- Plant lay out map
- Undertaking roughly distance of vary landmark from the unit
- Coy of Environmental Clearance.
All these documents are required to be filed electronically behind the concerned department along bearing in mind appropriate challan and later a instinctive copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.
In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application
Consent to Operate:
Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued and no-one else after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.
Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by in the aerate of documents
- KYC of event and Authorized Representative
- Copy of CTE or previous CTO
- Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
- Undertaking approaching compliance of the conditions of CTO
