1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E relation etc.
3. Project report containing detailed cost and supplementary details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map

7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued solitary after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

Application for comply of CTO must be accompanied by bearing in mind documents

1. KYC of concern and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking concerning compliance of the conditions of CTO
