DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Bairia:

  • Copy of acknowledgement time-honored from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft as soon as photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Bairia

  2. Submit Product for examination at BIS ascribed lab
  3. Pay progress online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and purchase a copy of such form after rich submission
  5. Submit all the documents in difficult copy along similar to duly signed Form V past the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
