  • Clinical Thermo0meters and X ray Machines
  • Steel Products

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Chatra:

  • Copy of acknowledgement usual from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft in the same way as photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Chatra

  1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for psychoanalysis at BIS ascribed lab
  3. Pay forward movement online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and get your hands on a copy of such form after rich submission
  5. Submit all the documents in difficult copy along similar to duly signed Form V behind the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
