DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Fatuha:

  • Copy of acknowledgement established from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft with photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Fatuha

  1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for study at BIS official lab
  3. Pay press forward online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and gain a copy of such form after booming submission
  5. Submit everything the documents in difficult copy along in imitation of duly signed Form V in imitation of the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
