DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Mithapur:

  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft gone photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Mithapur

  2. Submit Product for breakdown at BIS recognized lab
  3. Pay improvement online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and obtain a copy of such form after rich submission
  5. Submit anything the documents in hard copy along as soon as duly signed Form V taking into account the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
