DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Palamu:

  • Copy of acknowledgement established from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft in the space of photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Palamu

  1. Check whether or not your product falls below compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for testing at BIS qualified lab
  3. Pay enhance online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and come by a copy of such form after affluent submission
  5. Submit all the documents in difficult copy along in the same way as duly signed Form V bearing in mind the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
