DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Pithoria:

  • Copy of acknowledgement received from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft taking into consideration photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Pithoria

  1. Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for examination at BIS recognized lab
  3. Pay progress online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and purchase a copy of such form after flourishing submission
  5. Submit anything the documents in difficult copy along in the same way as duly signed Form V bearing in mind the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
