DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Postal Park:

  • Copy of acknowledgement time-honored from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft taking into account photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Postal Park

  2. Submit Product for psychiatry at BIS endorsed lab
  3. Pay progress online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and attain a copy of such form after well-to-do submission
  5. Submit anything the documents in hard copy along in the song of duly signed Form V with the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
