DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING ISI CERTIFIATION IN Ranchi Court:

  • Copy of acknowledgement acknowledged from portal/ Screen shot of the online file submission
  • Address Proof (1) Business Licence               (2) Other Document issued by Govt.
  • Demand Draft taking into account photocopy of DD or NEFT detail
  • If application is not signed by the CEO, Authority letter from CEO (Authorized signatory to be an employee of the company)
  • FORM VI Online generated copy (duly signed and sealed)
  • Undertaking
  1. a) For Test report
  2. b) For IS 13252 (Part 1) amendment 2, if applicable
  3. c) For IS 16046 Changeover to 2015 version, if applicable
  • Test Report

STEPS INVOLVED IN OBTAINING ISI CERTIFICATION IN Ranchi Court

  1. Check whether or not your product falls under compulsory registration list
  2. Submit Product for investigation at BIS ascribed lab
  3. Pay go forward online or through a dd
  4. Submit online application in Form V and get your hands on a copy of such form after booming submission
  5. Submit all the documents in hard copy along subsequent to duly signed Form V subsequently the department
  6. Department shall conduct a site visit
  7. Issuance of ISI Certificate.
