4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued lonely after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for consent of CTO must be accompanied by taking into consideration documents

1. KYC of event and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking nearly compliance of the conditions of CTO
