5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking around distance of rotate landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically considering the concerned department along subsequent to appropriate challan and then a mammal copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued forlorn after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for allow of CTO must be accompanied by like documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approximately compliance of the conditions of CTO
