1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E description etc.
3. Project explanation containing detailed cost and other details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking on the order of distance of substitute landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically next the concerned department along as soon as appropriate challan and then a mammal copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued and no-one else after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a time of 30 days.

2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking on the subject of compliance of the conditions of CTO
