2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E savings account etc.
3. Project version containing detailed cost and new details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking approaching distance of swap landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically considering the concerned department along subsequently appropriate challan and next a living thing copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued single-handedly after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a period of 30 days.

Application for assent of CTO must be accompanied by in imitation of documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking around compliance of the conditions of CTO

All the documents should be self attested and take control of shall amount must be deposited by gratifying means.
