Consent to Establish:

Following Documents are required to be submitted as soon as the department for the object of obtaining CTE:

1. KYC details of the Business and Authorized Person
2. Land documents – Rent/Lease Deed, Tax Receipt, E version etc.
3. Project explanation containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking around distance of substitute landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically taking into account the concerned department along once appropriate challan and then a living thing copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued by yourself after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a mature of 30 days.

Application for attain of CTO must be accompanied by considering documents

1. KYC of situation and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking approaching compliance of the conditions of CTO
