3. Project credit containing detailed cost and further details of the project.
4. Location Map
5. Plant lay out map
6. Undertaking all but distance of exchange landmark from the unit
7. Coy of Environmental Clearance.

All these documents are required to be filed electronically considering the concerned department along subsequently appropriate challan and later a beast copy of such documents is required to be submitted at the office.

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry on its operations. CTO shall be issued abandoned after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a get older of 30 days.

Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by next documents

1. KYC of issue and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking more or less compliance of the conditions of CTO
