In general cases Consent to Establish is issued by the d apartment within 15 days of making of application

Consent to Operate:

Once Consent to Establish is issued by the department, the Unit shall apply for Consent to Operate in order to carry upon its operations. CTO shall be issued isolated after a prior inspection and visit of the unit. CTO shall be issued by the department within a grow old of 30 days.

Application for grant of CTO must be accompanied by like documents

1. KYC of business and Authorized Representative
2. Copy of CTE or previous CTO
3. Copy of Environmental Compliance Report
4. Undertaking re compliance of the conditions of CTO
